As a quality undiscovered artist, the expectation of P1EG is that with proper promotions, quality input and the extraordinary talent / anointing of Mrs. Freeman, she will be the trailblazer for P1EG to establish it as a major recording label for years to come. As we expand the label we will expect hard work, Christian living, respect for God and the ministry and quality music from all our artists. Artist who desire to be apart of the P1EG family will also be expected to:

* Submit material, demos, biographies, etc… to the P1EG Artist Development & A&R Department
* Be courteous and respectful of P1EG personnel and cooperative during the business process.
* Remain faithful to the Christian responsibilities, standards, etc… set before us in the Word of God.
* Be professional at all times.
* Be timely for sessions, performances, meetings, etc… Also, adhere to all deadlines.
* Be an active and faithful member in good standing with some church fellowship.

All other expectations will be further outlined in the artist’s contract(s)
